Ensure there are at least 20 balls below the feeding tube for Suz S201 to function properly. Verify there are enough balls near the feeding tube and the ball frequency is set to at least 1 on the control box if the machine malfunctions. Adjust the net slightly and raise the tilt to attract the balls to the feeding tube.
Modify the robot head's position to control direct or indirect serving methods. For direct serve, with topspin set to 6 and backspin to 2 or 3 on the control box. For indirect serve, set topspin to 4 and backspin to 3. Contact us for a video tutorial on adjusting the robot head.
Refer to the manual for robot installation guidelines. Ensure the power cord is inserted behind the control box. Do not insert it behind the machine. The robot can only be placed on table tennis tables less than 2.5 inches thick.
The manufacturer offers replacement parts for normal wear and tear damage within one year of purchasing the Suz ping pong robot. For assistance, contact the manufacturer via email as stated in the manual.
